Sziasztok, Dóra vagyok. Örülök, hogy rátaláltál erre az oldalra és ezt olvasgatod, remélem sok receptem tetszik majd, vagy csak ihletet ad a konyhában, a lényeg, hogy érezd jól magad, mert a főzőcskézés szerintem kikapcsolódás és szórakozás. 

Hi my name is Dóra. I am so happy that you have found this page and are browsing through. I hope you'll like a lot of the recipes here or you'll be inspired by them, the point is for you to enjoy yourself, because I think cooking and baking is relaxing and entertaining at the same time.

Én hobbi szakács vagyok, imádok főzni, de még annál is jobban szeretek enni. Szeretem az ízeket, az illatokat és próbálgatni új dolgokat. Ehhez hozzá kell tennem, hogy nagyon válogatós vagyok, de emellett kíváncsi.

Rettentő sok időt töltök (lehet túl sokat?) receptek olvasgatásával reggeltő estig, késő estig. Miközben olvasom őket, már azon gondolkozom én mit dolgoznék át rajtuk. Egyáltalán nem azért mert ne tartanám elég jónak az eredetiteket és azt gondolnám én mindent jobban tudok, neeem, hanem azért mert a főzésben/sütésben azt hiszem amit leginkább élvezek az az alkotás, a lehetőség kreatívnak lenni. Nincs kézügyességem, jó hangom, bot fülem van, tehát másban nem igazán tudok művészkedni, de a konyhában úgy érzem csodát tudok teremteni. Nem mindig, sőt, sokszor totál nem úgy alakul ahogy elképzeltem, de akkor újra gondolom vagy még az is lehet, hogy egy teljesen új ötlet jut eszembe.

Szerintem csodás dolog, megnyugtató és szórakoztató a sürgés-forgás a konyhában, és aztán amikor felszolgálom, ott van az az első kanál, villa, amit megízlelnek és rögtön látszik az arcokon, hogy siker vagy sem. Ha siker akkor zene füleimnek hallgatni végig az asztalnál hogy milyen finom lett, mennyire jól esik és öröm nézni, ahogy a körülöttem lévők falatoznak.

Sokat éltem külföldön, különböző országokban (Dél Afrika, Izrael, Anglia, USA) és szeretem ezt a kozmopolita életmódot. Felnyitja az ember szemét, sok tapasztalattal és az élménnyel lesz gazdagabb. Az emlékeim a legnagyobb kincseim. Ezek a gasztronómiára is vonatkoznak és a főzési stílusomra, ízlésemre is kihatnak. Nemzetközi konyha rajongó vagyok, ezért is lett ez a neve a blognak.

Remélem tetszik majd az oldal, a receptek, a válogatás, kedvetekre tudtok majd választani ételeket. Szeretném ha sokat elkészítenétek Ti is, várom a visszajelzéseket. De hajrá, ahogy én szoktam, az is szuper lenne ha csak ötletet tudnék adni a Ti saját receptjeitekhez...persze arról is szeretnék hallani és olvasni! 

I am a hobby chef, I love to cook and bake but I love to eat even more. I adore the different flavor, scents, aromas and always trying something new. I do have to add that I am veery picky, however I am also very curious.

I spend a lot of time (maybe way too much time?) reading recipes, from morning til the evening, late in the evening. While reading one I am already brainstorming what I would rethink or change. Not because I don't like the original or because I think I know it better, noooo, it's just that I think what I love most about cooking is that it is a oportunity to create and be creative. I am not good at any arts of crafts, I don't have good voice, or good ears either, thus I have never had a chance to practice anything arty. In the kitchen on the other hand, I feel like I can work my magic. At times, actually quite a few times, things do not turn out the way I planned but then comes the rethinking again or it might just be a brand new concept altogether.

I think it's wonderful, relaxing yet entertaining to faff around in the kitchen, but then when I serve the meal, comes that first spoonful or first fork what they taste and you can see immediately on the faces whether it is a success or not. If it is, then music to my ears "having to" listen to the compliments throughout the feast, how delicious it turned out and how much they are enjoying. It's truly is a pleasure to watch others eat.

I have lived abroad quite some time in a number of different countries (South Africa, Israel, UK and USA) and I like the cosmopolitan lifestyle. It opens your eyes, lets you experience sooo much and at the end of the day, these experiences and the memories made are the biggest treasure one can posess. This is true for gastronomy and the it effects the style of cooking as well the openess to flavours. I am a fan of international cusine, so the came the name of the blog.

I really hope you will like this page, the recipes, the variety and you will be able to choose stuff to your liking. I'd love for you guys to make a lot of the recipes, eagerly waiting for your comments and feedback. But of course, I definitly enourage you to do what I do and use these as inspo. If you create your own, I wanna hear about that too, surely it will be delicious.
